I simply use a 2 disk (SATA) software RAID0 for each of our 3 LTO-4
drives. The server has 12 disk bays, so there is enouth space for
more disks if needed. I usually run only one job per drive, but with
changing some linux io scheduler paramters, I even get decent read
performance while a second job is writing to the same RAID0 device.
