It would be very useful for you to compile Bacula 3.0.1 on 7.x with full 
encryption enabled.  That would assure me there is no problem.  My original 
concern stems from a recent piece of debug code that was not truely 
portable -- I removed that code but worry about some other similar problem 
concerning pthreads.
