That looks silly.

I would write it shorter as

INSERT INTO Filename(Name)
SELECT DISTINCT Name
FROM batch AS a
WHERE NOT EXISTS
(
    SELECT Name
    FROM Filename AS f
    WHERE f.Name = a.Name
)
