[Bacula-users] client-side encryption

hello
can anyone provide a sample of client-side encryption with AES-256?
although I read the "Data Encryption" chapter, I didn't understand why it ses
of assymetric keys
for me the solution that makes most sense is my data being locally encrypted
with AES-256 and then transmitted over SSL connection or similar
