Remember the key to automatic recycling is that the volume has to be
marked "Used" or "Full" and the the retention period has expired. And
remember the retention period is counted the from LastWritten. Also
bacula will recycle only when necessary. I mean if the volume is
"Used" or "Full" and the retention period is expired bacula will try
to use other media in the same pool that is appendable first unless
you use the "Recycle Current Volume =yes" in your config.
