This is actually a really good reason to consider a forum/yahoo group/ 
google group with 'watch this thread' options as an addition to,  
rather than replacement for, the bacula-users list.  Dealing with list  
mail in Outlook is not that fun, IIRC.

(I think non-Google accounts can also subscribe to Google groups?
