One other comment. In your case you probably want to enable this just
for the director but there are 5 or more places you can enter this
depending on what level of concurrency you want. Basically all of the
daemons have control over how many jobs can be run at once and the
bacula-dir.conf file also has a settings  in the storage and client
resources.
