That should work, but you have to prepare that correctly.

- Both SDs need the same media type settings, and that's something you 
usually avoid...
- To prevent Bacula from selecting the wrong SD automatically, all 
your jobs should specify which device to use. You can no longer trust 
the implicit selection then.
- You should be very careful with copies of the volumes - you really 
want to ensure the copies are always identical (rsync can help here) 
or delete the copy immediately after migrating it to tape.
