I have now tried two ways in the "bat" gui.
1. Using the version browser. Selecting only job 151. Marking the top level directory and do a restore. Restores then the lower number of files.
2. Using the "Restore" button, chosing jobId 151 and then restoreing all files. Restores 1500 + files.

Should not this be the same?

Another issue I have is viewing files in the version browser. It only shows the directory for some reason. No files.

I'm looking in the bacula wiki for documentation but it is not much. Is there any way I can asisst in documenting bat?
