This is how my config file looks like:
$Conf{BackupFilesExclude} = {
'/home/sorin/ownCloud' => [],
'/home/sorin/Videos' => []
};
$Conf{RsyncShareName} = [
'/home/sorin',
];
Doh! Now I get it! Thank you!
You first have to add a "root" and then the folders you want excluded.
Seeing it now, it's rather obvious.
