Be sure you understand how backuppc works before you decide you need
to micro-manage the scheduling.  If you keep 180 incrementals, it will
automatically keep the fulls backing them.  And it doesn't really
matter how frequent the fulls happen.  Normally you are better off
with at least weekly fulls - they won't take any more space regardless
of the frequency and with rysnc/rsyncd it will take less bandwidth
because the incrementals are based on the differences from the most
recent full.
