Static IP addresses that are on the same local broadcast
domain as the BacukpPC server? And that will allow the client to
use the same IP address both when the client is behind the VPN *and* when
the client is *not* behind the VPN but connected directly to the office?
Also, VPN bridging (which is what this technique requires)
comes with its own set of difficulties, all so you can avoid making name
resolution work over the VPN...
I'd rather fix the actual problem (name resolution)
instead mangling my VPN and ending up with two problems! :)
