I'm not seeing an apples-to-apples comparison. On 3/28, backups didn't
start until 21:00:03 but on 3/29 you only show up to 21:00:00
Also is BackupPC_nightly also not running since I see it on 3/28 but
not on 3/29 though again I don't know what happens on 3/29 after
21:00:00 or on 3/28 before 21:00:01. Similarly, where does LOG aging
happen on 3/28.
So basically you are potentially showing non-comparable timeslots
(after 21:00:01 on 3/28 and before 21:00:01 on 3/29) so it is hard to
know what has changed beyond just your backup not running.
