I have backuppc partially working with Xubuntu 8.04.4, but still have one
critical problem. I'm trying to include only a few directories from one
client machine, specifically "/etc" which is the machine's configuration,
and "/home/jim/joanne" which contains zipped-up backups from my wife's
machine that is not on my LAN. I've set the share to "/" and the include
list to these two directories only, with "/proc" set in the main exclude
list, and I'm using tar as the xfer method.

I just did a full backup for that machine; it dumped files from /bin, most
of /usr, and much of /var, in addition to /etc, but it reports that /home
is empty. In fact, that /home directory contains my own (jim) home
directory plus one each for users backuppc and ftp!

What's wrong in my configuration for this system? I have the
--one-file-system option added to the tar command, per the documentation.
