I upgraded the Linux distribution that BackupPC was 
installed on from Ubuntu 8.04 to 10.04. Doing this 
also upgraded the BackupPC installation. Everything on 
BackupPC was running fine until I tried to run a few 
incrementals after the distribution upgrade. Below is 
the XferLOG that is generated. This same error is 
happening for all my Window XP clients.

I am able to login to all clients with smbclient 
without using the -N option. See below.
