If you've got your pc/###/ directory setup completed, you may use
BackupPC_tarCreate to create a tar of a particular host's backup.
Alternatively, BackupPC_zcat might suffice if you're just after that one
file and you don't care about restoring file attributes etc.
You'd do something like this
cd backuppc/pc/123/.../fsomedir/
BackupPC_zcat fsomefile > /tmp/somefile
