it would be, but it's not true. Only for full backups are partials saved and
reused, not for incremental backups. And even then, I wouldn't rely on it too
much. BackupPC_dump only has one (1) second between being sent a SIGINT and a
SIGKILL by BackupPC. I couldn't guess if that's enough time for the cleanup
code to finish successfully under normal circumstances. I would guess the code
for saving partials was designed for backup failures (broken links and such),
not for aborted backups.
