Apparently, the file in question was corrupted, probably because of the
server crash:
# BackupPC_zcat < fNAV_bjki_Log.ldf > NAV_bjki_Log.ldf
BackupPC_zcat: can't uncompress stdin
(it only uncompressed ~300 MB).
As BackupPC compares the file from cpool with the one currently
transferred, it was failing on a broken file.
Hopefully, it was it (backup still runs).
