I tried the workaround, which is adding

        flags                   = IPv4

to /etc/xinetd.d/amanda on the client, but last night's backup failed
again. I'm wondering if the problem is really applicable to me, because
both the client and server already talk IPv6... unless Amanda has
problems with IPv6?
