No, amanda WANTS to make a level 0 dump. But is unable.
Then it says because it doesn't have a level 0 yet it
can not do an incremental.
Now the question is why is there insufficient space to hold a 20GB dump.
Do you have a tapetype setting that claims your tape is less than 20GB?
Is the tapetype capacity > 20GB but the tape is unavailable and there
is less than 20GB of holding disk available?
