Upgrade from 2.4.2p2 to 2.4.5

I am about to upgrade from 2.4.2p2 to 2.4.5.  Before I start, I have a
couple of questions:

* Does anyone know if there any pitfalls that I need to be aware of?

* Will a 2.4.2p2 client talk to a 2.4.5 server or will a 2.4.5 client
talk to a 2.4.2p2 server?

* Can I use the same config files, or do they need to be changed/updated?
