Looks right except for the ufsrestore.  On my system there
are no options "m" nor "i".  My options would be "-xf -".
    -x for extract
    -f - to specify the input file name (- meaning stdin)

YMMV

BTW I strongly recommend doing this in a empty directory.
One with sufficient space to recover everything.
