Why is the host named "cytopia01.intgra.cytopia.com.au" in one place
and "cytopia01.intra" in another place?

What happens if you do on host william:

smbclient //cytopia01/shared -U amanda%password
smb: cd "\Administration\jill-andrew\jill-andrew\slide presentations"
smb: get "ppslides complete.ppt"
