Nope -- that won't get you your fulls.  But this should:

dumpcycle 1 week
runspercycle 1
tapecycle 4 tapes.

Yep, 'amadmin $CONFIG no-reuse $LABEL'.  You'll then need to amlabel a new 
tape.
