I think all of this mentions Tivoli Automation...

But I just found the solution. In /<instance home>/sqllib/db2nodes.cfg there is 
the hostname configured. I replaced it with a symlink to a locally stored and 
correctly configured db2nodes.cfg. No TSM starts without problems on each 
server.
