[ADSM-L] tdp for ve question

Looking for what process creates and/ or changes the file
/opt/Tivoli/tsm/tdpvmware/tsmcli/bin64/dsm.sys

Somehow this is getting an incorrect server address.  I wish to change that, 
and, have edited by hand.
It then gets changed back.
Any assistance is appreciated.
