Hi Eric,
What happens if you install 6.4.0 first,
then follow it with an upgrade to 6.4.1?
The book is written to follow that method since it is the best practice
method to get the "paid" (base) license installed first, then
follow it with the PTF (fix) package.
This is slightly different than the BA client, since the
BA client does not have the requirement of the license file.
