Richard, thank you, it works now. My file was successfully stored in TSM by 
command 'dsmc selective file_name'.
As I understood, I should use "selective" option when send any file to TSM at 
first time and "incremental" option at the second and futher times.

But how can I restore my file from TSM server back to my server?
