Hi,
As I know, from TDP for DB (Oracle)  v.5.4.? option passwordaccess
generate is fully supported.
Try to check that TSM.PWD owned by Oracle user. If not - TDP can't
change password.  Password must be changed automatically and
immediately after ANR0425W message.
