The 610 indicates that the message catalog (e.g., dscenu.txt) cannot be
found.

If you have configured DSMI_DIR, make sure it points to a directory
containing the installed dscxxx.txt file.

You can find the return code listed in dsmrc.h, which is installed with
the TSM client API.
