You should not be using Windows removable storage manager.
DISABLE the Windows removeable storage manager service.
INSTALL the IBM driver for the TS3310 (download from www.storage.ibm.com) and 
the LTO drives.
Do not try to run 5.3.0.0; apply maintenance to upgrade to TSM 5.3.3.
 
Then use the ISC to define the library & drives, works fine.

When I define the library appears: "changer0 is nor reconized by windows
removable storage manager"
