TSM DB Restore - query

Hi,

I have lost volhist.out and in  a need of restore TSM5.3.0.0 DB on another
server without it.

I had tried these command

dmsserv devclass= classanme volumeanames= filename, filename  commit=yes

but same is not working

Please help to restore DB without volhist. Recovery log is in normal mode.
