TSM drive errors

All,

TSM driver issues, TSM 5.1 on Windows 2000 Server attached to Magstar 
library, is there a quick fix or have the drivers to be updated or 
reinstalled? Would reseating the SCSI controller or reattaching the SCSI 
cables be worth a try? Errors are below.
