Tsm server 5.2.2.5 on HP-UX 11.11
I have 3 large (912gb) file class pools and I have noticed that lowering
the recl setting does not immediately trigger the reclamation process to
start like it does on my tape pools.  I want to be able to control when
recl runs to avoid contention, so I have a script that
lowers/monitors/raises the recl threshold.  Problem is, sometimes it
takes half an hour for the reclamation process to even start, which
makes it tricky to script.

Has anyone else noticed this behavior?
