Hi,
maybe I'm wrong, but I think, the message for "error number=2" is "No such
file/directory", which points to a error in your define path command.
Try to enter the full device name "/dev/rmt4" in the device statement like:
DEFINE PATH adsm-pac lto1dr4 srctype=server desttype=drive device=/dev/rmt4
library=ltolib1
In addition I would check the TSM devices in smitty devices.
