Easy. Run
update stg <copypool_name> migprocess=<number_of_desired_threads>
All future migrations will be multi-threaded. (This assumes that the primary
pool is a disk pool.) If the primary pool is a tape pool, the backup command
is
backup stg <primary_pool> <copy_pool> maxpro=<number_of_desired_threads>
