Yes, use the PRESCHEDULECMD and POSTSCHEDULECMD options pointing to cmd
files.

Eg.

PRESCHEDULECMD:
net stop schedule > preschd.out

POSTSCHEDULECMD:
net start schedule > postschd.out

Routing the output of the stop/start to text files is for troubleshooting.
