Curtis -

http://people.bu.edu/rbs/ADSM.QuickFacts is not chopped liver.
I made it available to the TSM community a year ago, and have had
much positive feedback from the numerous people from around the world
who have found it useful. It is pointed to by http://dir.adsm.org/FAQ
(which lists and rates various existing FAQs),
http://www.coderelief.com/depot.htm, and Vienna University points
to it as their backup services FAQ (http://www-backup.univie.ac.at/).

Certainly your proposed "FAQ-O-Matic"-based vehicle
(first version is now on-line at http://www.backupcentral.com/cgi-bin/tsm-fom)
is welcome to further help TSM customers, but at least acknowledge all the
other vendor and individual initiatives made over the years to help the
customer base. Don't start off by slighting prior efforts.
