You will need to issue a restore stgpool to get data back from the copy stg
pool tapes.
restore stgpool old-optical-pool copystgpool=copypoolname
newstgpool=newdltpool maxprocess=2
You can get all the syntax by issuing help restore stgpool. Note there is a
preview=yes which will tell you which tapes are going to be needed.
