Do you have the perfagent.tools fileset installed?  You should be at
2.2.33.50 for svmon to work right on AIX 4.3.3.

Hi Shekhar,

Have you installed SAR and IOSTAT ?
SAR like SVMON needs to write in a particular directory, which must  exists
before launching the command
If yes, test if you can run them without any permission pb;

root # sar 2 10

Haven't you reached your Ulimit ?

I will check this tomorrow,
