I have one node that the admin installed the Unixware client so we could
start backing it up. For whatever reason that node would hit the TSM server
every 10 minutes with 22 sessions in a row (Below) with no transfer of data,
just start and stop.

I had the administrator get a command line prompt and do a q sched. It asked
for a username, which we left blank, and then entered the password. The
server returned the schedule and the scheduler was able to start on the
client. So here is last nights first try for a backup:

My experience with the protocol violation error is that the password is
incorrect. It looks as though the session started properly then ended.We
have not seen this behavior on any of the other Unix clients and I was
wondering if there is something different about the way the Unixware client
works. If anyone can give some insight it would be appreciated.
