This error message means that the user account running TSM does not possess
a required NT user right/privilege for performing the current operation. I
would check the access rights for that particular user and make sure they
have access to all the files. Hope this helps.

What does the error below mean?? I couldn't find it in my messages manual.

have checked my services and it is logging in as Local System. What
privileges do I need??
