Kye,
What library? Are you using a port to get the tapes into the library or
putting them in slots? It _appears_ that you put both in an input port and
the robot picked up 35 instead of 216, but without knowing exactly what
you're doing, it's impossible to tell. The other possibility is that 216
has an internal label of 35 and that 35 doesn't have an internal label, but
that is unlikely unless something else has gone on with these tapes that you
haven't shared.
First, with 35, you can label it since it isn't being used. Try checking it
in with checklabel=barcode, then do a label libvol on just 35.
After that clears up, check in only 216 with a checklabel=no, which will
allow 216 to go to scratch. Then you can relabel it.
