MOVE DATA is as fast or faster, but it doesn't reclaim data in aggregates like
"real" reclamation.
If your average file size is comparable to TXNBYTELIMIT, then you will have few
(as few as one) logical file(s) stored in a physical bitfile on the server. So
MOVE DATA and reclamation perform would be basically equivalent.
However, if you have many many small files, it is possible that one little file
which is unexpired in a physical bitfile (an aggregate) will prevent that
aggregate from being ignored by MOVE DATA. MOVE DATA will have to keep the
entire aggregate on the output volume in order to maintain the one small file.
If MOVE DATA results in tape volumes which have very low (or zero) "Reclaim %",
then great, but not all sites will experience success with this approach.
