Web Backup-Archive Client doesn't work

Hi,

Web Admin Client is working fine,
but when I try to connect to Backup-Archive client on
'HTTP://tcpipserveraddress/1581'
I get msg 'The page cannot be displayed'

Did I forget something ? Do I have to load something on server, set some option,
... ???
I did have to run 'IDL' load job on MVS to get Web Admin running, maybe there is
something
similar for Backup client ?

Any help appreciated

Client : WinNT Version 3.1.0.8
Server : OS/390 Version 3.1.2.40
