If you look at the sample exclude list in the manuals and in the dsm.opt.smp
file in the installation directory, you will see that ...\system32\config\*
should be excluded. These files are the registry which NT has exclusively
assigned. The normal adsm setting is to dump the registry, using a NT API
call, to the folder %SystemDrive%:\adsm.sys
