Hi to all ADSM'ers,
to do a restore on a Novell Client we need a very long time to select the files.
It takes about 5 - 10 minutes for every directory on the restore path. The time
was the same even if we open a directory with 5 files or a directory with
hundreds of files and subdirs.
When i monitored the Buffer Requests to the database i see about 1 million
requests for every action.
Works this as designed or there any parameters to improve the performance.
The size of the Novell filespace was 120 GB with 35% used and holds about 1
million files. The size of our ADSM-DB was 2,4 GB.
Server environment: Windows NT 4.0 SP3, ADSM Server Version 3.1.1.3  Novell
Client Version 3.1.0.7
