Hi Chris!
I cannot give you a solution to your problem but I can give you some
information on the reason 1450 code:
My guess is that the 1450 is a Windows NT return code meaning:
1450 Insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested
service. ERROR_NO_SYSTEM_RESOURCES
I have only seen this error in situations where the Windows NT swap file was
limited or on a to small partition.
