As long as everything goes okay it should be straight forward.  Take a look
at the manual "ADSM for Sun Solaris Quick Start."  I have done several
Version 2 to Version 3 upgrades and they all went okay.  That manual not
only has a section on version 2-3 migration, but also a blurb on 1-3
migration.

Remember to run a full database backup!
