Jim,

  UPGRADEDB takes very little time. Your existing DB entries are not updated,
all new entries are added to the DB in the new format. Hope this helps.

I am migrating from  mvs server V2  to V3.  Need to upgrade DB and
trying to determine how long this takes..
Is the length of time this takes to run proportional to the size of the
database, or  does it just update templates.

Right now we have approx  500,000 pages (Q DB)  in the adsm database.
